Tithing Committee Report

Tithing Committee The Tithing Committee identifies and approves charitable organizations to receive parish funds as part of the program to donate a percentage of the parish income. At St. Blase we consider ourselves to be a stewardship parish. One of the tenets of the stewardship way of life is to give of our treasure. As our response to that, St. Blase tithes a percentage of the money contributed by parishoners. The Tithing Committee meets quarterly to go over requests and recommend how that money will be distributed. Contact Tim Doppel at (586) 268-2244.
