"Two are better off than one,
because together they can work more effectively. If one of them falls down, the
other can help him up...Two people can resist an attack that would defeat one
person alone. A rope made of three cords is hard to break." ~Ecclesiates

Take time "Two-Gether." National Marriage
Encounter is a weekend experience of re-discovery and renewal. Using safe and
loving communication methods, couples reflect and dialogue in private to make
their good marriages even better. While our weekends include the opportunity to
attend Mass and participate in the Sacrament of Reconciliation, couples of all
denominations are welcome. For more information, please call Rich & Fran
Walden at (586) 838-4447 or email us at waldenluv@wowway.com

| Retrouvaille
- It Saved Our Marriage
 |
The word retrouvaille means "rediscovery."
Couples with troubled marriages that have taken part in a Retrouvaille Weekend
- even those originally on the verge of divorce, confirm that they found a new
and life-giving marriage relationship through the gift of this weekend. You will
not be asked to share any details of your marriage, and personal prayer support
is available but never forced. Retrouvaille is highly recommended by the Archdiocese.

Project
Life of the Archdiocese of Detroit lends a helping hand to those who feel
forced by whatever problems or pressures they face to choose abortion or assisted
suicide. Please call the Project Life help line at 800-281-2102.
All calls are confidential. | Every
human being has worth and dignity - from conception to the last natural breath.
Life itself is a gift from God and thus we do not have the right to diminish or
take it away. The gift of life is ours from God and it is to be nourished and
utilized to the fullest, not merely for individual purpose, but for the benefit
of all humankind In support of life in all its stages,
Project life coordinates the resources of the Archdiocese of Detroit, in partnership
with Catholic social service organizations, health care service organizations,
parish communities and archdiocesan offices. "I
stand ready to process whatever resources are necessary: personnel, educational
materials and financial resources - basically whatever it takes, to respond personally
and directly to any woman considering an abortion, to respond personally and directly
to any person considering the so-called option of physician assisted suicide."
